NEW! Pediatric Trauma Simulation Course
In September 2016, GTI offered it's inaugural Pediatric Trauma Course to the Spence and Becky Wilson Children's Hospital @ Baptist Memorial Hospital, Memphis, TN. Participants engaged in an intense 3-day simulations course taught by the nation's premier pediatric trauma specialists.
TETC-P | Trauma Emergency & Transport Course offers an intense 3-day experience including Trauma, Burns, Airway Management, Vascular Access and Transport Curricula.
GTI offers advanced bio-skills stations which include cadaveric tissue, state-of-the-art equipment and seasoned Pediatric Medical Faculty for a rich and robust learning experience. The course also offers simulation and situational scenarios to test your skills. A comprehensive written exam completes the experience to validate the skills learned.
Initially the course was closed and not open to the public. However, our next course November 28-30, 2016 will be open to participants interested in engaging in this high-speed course. Train along side some the nation's best pediatric nurses, respiratory therapists and pediatric physicians.
